Cart Barn Attendant Supervisor

Position Summary The Cart Barn Attendant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to cart barn services. This role ensures high standards of service, safety, and efficiency while overseeing staff duties such as golf bag handling, cart staging and maintenance, practice range operations, and general course support services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise daily outside services operations and staff assignments. Transport golf bags between the parking lot, bag storage areas, and golf carts as needed. Stage golf carts by bringing them from the cart shelter to the staging area and ensuring they are clean, fully operational, and properly equipped with pencils, scorecards, sand/seed mix bottles, and other required items. Inspect carts for operational issues and report maintenance or repair needs promptly. Remove reusable items from returned carts, clean carts using a pressure washer, park carts properly, and connect charger cables. Oversee and assist with practice range operations, including: Transporting range balls to the Pro Shop and filling designated containers Operating the ball picker Washing range balls Cleaning and maintaining the tee area Repositioning bag stands and barriers Removing trash from receptacles Refilling water jugs located on the course Ensure staff follow safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Perform other related duties as assigned to support golf operations. Qualifications Valid Driver's License (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude with a professional manner and appearance at all times
