Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Handle cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Touch Bistro POS, is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.
