Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and safety protocols Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering events, or banquet setups as needed Uphold all food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and tab calculations accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently Previous banquet experience or catering knowledge is a plus Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly valued Must be 18 years or older with proper certification where applicable (e.g., responsible beverage service training) Join our team and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
