Since 2019, we've been serving fresh pasta, scratch-made sauces, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality rooted in our Italian heritage. We're looking for a bartender who can deliver an exceptional bar experience while treating every guest like they're dining in our home. What You'll Do Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and precision Maintain strong knowledge of our wine list and seasonal features Create a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere Provide attentive, polished service to bar guests and service tickets Work closely with servers and kitchen to ensure seamless guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Follow all TABC and safety regulations What We're Looking For 1+ year bartending experience (high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and wine Ability to move with urgency while staying calm under pressure A natural hospitality mindset — warm, personable, and professional Team-oriented attitude Availability for nights and weekends Bonus Points If You Love Italian food and wine Have experience with seasonal cocktail features Enjoy building relationships with regulars Why Join Taglia?
