The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a key member of our establishment, you will craft drinks, serve customers, and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, along with strong time management skills, are essential to succeed in this role. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred to provide exceptional service across various environments within the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, ensuring proper transaction procedures. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food during banquets or catering events. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent customer service through effective time management. Upsell beverages and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure all alcohol is served responsibly following legal requirements and company policies. Handle customer inquiries regarding menu items, drink options, and event details confidently. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, including restaurant experience or retail math proficiency. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous. Strong math skills for cash handling, basic math calculations, and retail math applications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
