Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and following all alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery during events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring seamless service flow. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering processes. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are a plus for managing sales transactions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as catering or large banquets.
