In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, efficiently handle transactions, and craft delicious coffee and beverage offerings. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the cash register and coffee bar Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using POS systems . Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, beverages, and light snacks in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking sales data for effective stock control Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Skills Proficiency in POS systems for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle busy periods seamlessly Previous experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality environments—fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with brewing techniques or catering experience is advantageous for this role Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
