What You'll Be Doing:

Greet guests and quickly establish rapport with warmth and professionalism Craft drinks with precision and speed—classic and house specialties Guide guests through our cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits menu Maintain deep knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles Take accurate orders and partner with team members to deliver food and beverage service that exceeds expectations Provide consistently friendly, attentive service that makes guests feel at home Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked during service Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a team-first attitude

What We're Looking For:

Proven bartending experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktails Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team Texas Food Handler's Certification required TABC Certification required (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission)
