Bartender

Salary:

$2.50 + Tips / Our servers normally receive a range between $140 - $300 depending on the day and level of service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of supply needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently. Strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly. Proven customer service excellence with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Familiarity with beverage brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus; hospitality experience is highly valued.
