Job Summary We are seeking energetic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating a lively atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and address their needs promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock storage. Assist with food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or handling light snacks when required. Support catering events or banquet functions by providing efficient bar service in high-volume settings. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Restock bar supplies regularly and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages during busy periods. Experience Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or high-end hospitality environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Experience in serving beverages at bars, restaurants, or catering events is essential. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards within the food industry. Familiarity with food preparation techniques related to garnishing or light snack service is advantageous. Banquet experience or catering background will be considered a plus for supporting large events. Barista experience or hospitality background that emphasizes excellent service and multitasking skills is desirable.
