Prepare drinks, serve guests efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized bar. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Accurately enter orders and process payments in the POS system Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized Follow all cash handling, safety, and sanitation procedures Comply with all TABC and responsible alcohol service regulations Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Work collaboratively with barbacks and service team to support smooth operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years bartending experience (luxury or high-volume preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage service Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Certifications TABC & Food Handler's certifications required
