Barback and Bartender

Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep service flowing smoothly Prepare and serve beverages under the bartender's supervision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks or assisting with light food service during events or banquets Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes to uphold a clean and welcoming environment for guests Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and billing accurately Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and uphold excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests and responding to their needs promptly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a nightclub environment is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering and order management Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Experience with cleaning routines, bussing tables, and basic food preparation techniques Knowledge of food handling safety standards and restaurant operations is advantageous Previous kitchen or hotel experience enhances your ability to support diverse service needs Join us as a vital part of our energetic team where your passion for hospitality shines!
