Job Description
Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sever/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for serving members and guest and ensuring a memorable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working order. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about features and beverages. Process orders efficiently using Club Essential POS while managing payments accurately. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Requirements Previous experience as a Server/Bartender in casual dining or banquet settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, food safety practices, and retail math skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. A passion for the food industry with a desire to learn more about mixology techniques. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Join our team at Victoria Country Club!
