Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage POS systems such as Toast to process transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption to promote safety Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure timely food and beverage delivery Handle food handling procedures responsibly, ensuring all beverages are prepared in accordance with food safety standards Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred Basic understanding of brewing processes or beverage crafting is a plus Must be 18 years or older (or as required by local laws) and hold relevant certifications if applicable Join us as a Bartender where your energy fuels unforgettable moments!
