The Standard:
High-energy, hospitality-driven, and eager to learn the bar. The Mission Looking to break into bartending but don't want to spend years barbacking first? We've got you covered. At Boondocks, we don't care about a lengthy resume—we care about hustle, attitude, and reliability. We are looking for Hospitality Pros to own our bowling lane service while actively training to step behind the bar. If you bring the work ethic and a great attitude, we will teach you the drinks, the systems, and the skills to maximize your tip earnings.
What You'll Do The Experience:
Host our premium bowling lanes by taking food and beverage orders, maximizing sales through upselling, and delivering items with speed, accuracy, and high energy.
Bar Training & Execution:
Master the fundamentals of crafting drinks, pouring drafts, and managing bar service under the guidance of our leadership team. You'll pivot between lane service and bar execution based on shift needs.
Responsible Hospitality:
Serve alcohol safely and legally by strictly checking IDs and adhering to Utah state liquor laws and corporate safety standards.
Multi-Lane Mastery:
Manage multiple lanes simultaneously during peak rushes, keeping your service areas clear, bused, and 100% "Guest-Ready."
Team Alignment:
Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen, floor managers, and bar team to keep the energy high and orders flowing.
What We're Looking For The Ambition:
You want to learn the hospitality industry and are excited about developing real bartending and premium service skills.
The Hustle:
You thrive on your feet, move with a sense of urgency, and love a high-volume, fast-paced environment. No standing around—there is always a guest to check on or a lane to reset.
The Reliability:
You show up on time, take ownership of your shift, and love working as part of a high-performing team.
The Availability:
Shifts vary between 9:00 AM and midnight. Weekend and summer availability is a non-negotiable requirement to hit peak tip volumes.

No prior serving or liquor knowledge required. We provide full training and will help you secure your alcohol service certification!
The Perks Total Rewards:
Competitive hourly base pay + TIPS (high earning potential across bowling and bar).
