Job Summary:

The Bartender at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. This position supports both the main restaurant bar and poolside service areas, ensuring consistent quality, prompt service, and an upbeat, welcoming experience.

Full-Time Pay Rate:

$10.00/hr plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and skill level.

Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service to bar guests and poolside patrons. Assist with poolside service operations, including drink delivery to lounge areas and outdoor seating. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stocking of both indoor and outdoor bars. Uphold garnish preparation, proper glassware use, and standard recipes to ensure consistency. Check identification and follow responsible alcohol service protocols. Take food and beverage orders when needed and input into the POS system accurately. Maintain awareness of guest preferences and engage in genuine hospitality and conversation. Support setup and breakdown of bar service areas, including during private or resort events. Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support seamless service. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a bartender in a high-volume or upscale restaurant or resort. Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and wine/beer offerings. Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including poolside. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain composure in fast-paced service situations. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess any required state/local certifications.
