Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair. Operate Square POS System for order processing, payments, and cash handling accurately. Collaborate with catering staff and event coordinators to ensure timely service during wedding receptions and banquets. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and promoting a safe environment for guests. Maintain a lively yet professional atmosphere by managing bar flow efficiently through effective time management skills. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; wedding or catering experience is highly preferred. l. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, food service venues, or retail environments involving food handling.
