Lead Bartender Willow Creek Country Club - 3.3 Sandy, UT Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) 4% Match Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications TIPS Supervising experience Managing food service teams Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Position Overview Willow Creek Country Club is looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced PM Lead Bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our Clubhouse Bar. Delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, inventory control, and collaboration with Clubhouse management. Key Responsibilities Lead daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality beverage service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for members and guests Monitor inventory, help place orders, and control beverage costs Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health codes, and safety regulations Develop and update cocktail menus, specials, and seasonal offerings Handle members and guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage, and equipment Coordinate with clubhouse management and food service teams for daily operations and events. Able to assist with closing and locking down the clubhouse at the end of service. Perform additional duties assigned by Clubhouse Management Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of bartending experience; leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Excellent members and guest service and communication skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management
