Server/Bartender

Overview:

St. Helens is looking for an energetic and skilled Server to join our team! Must be 21+ Prior bartending experience is a plus! We're searching for someone with exceptional guest service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service. Take guest orders accurately using a POS system. Carry a tray to run food efficiently. Stand for 6-8 hours per shift. Complete all side work duties before clocking out. Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and guest preferences. Provide recommendations on menu items, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and specialty cocktails. Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work closely with the kitchen team to enhance the guest experience. Keep the bar and serving area clean and organized, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a server or bartending role (preferred). Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety practices. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
