As a Bartender at Army Navy Country Club (ANCC), you will play a key role in providing exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm will contribute to a memorable and enjoyable experience for all who visit our bar.
Job Summary:
Poolside Bartenders will be responsible for taking orders, making & delivering drinks to members and guests and overall cleanliness of their assigned bar area. July•
September Essential Functions:
Make and deliver drinks to members and guests Maintain accurate pour sizes and cocktail recipes Assist with daily operations assigned Maintain bar cleanliness and appearance Take food and beverage orders from members and guests in a timely and efficient manner Deliver food & beverage orders to members and guests efficiently and accurately Follow up with additional member requests and issues Maintain par levels of all bar items and ingredients Prepare batched cocktails per assigned recipe
Qualification Standards:
Must be 21 years or olde r
Education:
At least High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
No experience required.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time Lift a minimum of 20lbs Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including but not limited to, wind, sun, heat and cold.
