Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications
• Previous experience in bartending or a related role
• Knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation techniques
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred
