Server/Bartender

Responsibilities:

Use point of sale to submit orders. Deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner Fill in as Host as needed Knowledge of restaurant menu Process credit cards and cash payments Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures Provide courteous service to all guests Knowledge of drink menus and recipes Stock bar area as needed Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned

Position Requirements:

Excellent customer service and people skills Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

Experience:

Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
