  • Full-time Our high-end downtown restaurant is looking for a skilled and service-driven Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
The ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience with menu development, inventory control, alcohol ordering, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and update the bar menu Manage bar inventory and ordering Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance Lead bar service with professionalism and efficiency Support staff training and uphold service standards Qualifications 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting Prior leadership experience behind the bar preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Experience with ordering, inventory, and bar operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment To apply, submit your resume and relevant experience.
