We focus on wine, craft cocktails, and simple plates served in a warm, relaxed environment. Our team operates with a shared mindset: consistency, curiosity, and care for our guests. This is a hybrid bartender/server role , meaning every team member contributes behind the bar and on the floor. We value people who enjoy engaging with guests, learning flavors, and creating a comfortable, confident experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Prepare and serve wine, beer, and craft cocktails consistently and accurately Take food and drink orders and provide attentive table service Guide guests through the menu by describing flavors, styles, and pairings Help guests feel confident ordering—no upselling pressure, just good guidance Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service areas, and tables Follow all alcohol safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling procedures Work collaboratively in a tip-pool environment Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned Represent the Branches brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity What We're Looking For Prior bartending and/or serving experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and people skills Willingness to learn wine, cocktails, and menu knowledge Comfortable talking about flavors and making recommendations Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ and able to obtain required ABC certifications Why You'll Love Working Here Tip pool promotes teamwork—not competition Smaller, community-driven environment Hands-on training and ongoing education Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality group Leadership that values learning, honesty, and respect

A food order is ready for a table B. A couple just walked in, but there are currently no open seats C. The bar is wrapped with guests waiting D. A guest at the bar needs a refill E. A 4-top has just been sat and is ready to order F. A table needs to be cleaned and reset Your coworker is visibly overwhelmed and asks you what they should do next
