Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including serving drinks swiftly during busy hours while maintaining excellent customer service. Assist with setup and breakdown for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready and properly stored. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service environments efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous.
