Server/Bartender

• This position requires both bartending and serving. Bartenders have a table section plus their bar area to tend to. Experience is necessary for this job

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Operate cash register and handle customer payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and promptly addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and mixology techniques
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling tips
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and ordering supplies
