Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and promote repeat business. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices while complying with all legal regulations. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and sales reporting.
