Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable bartender/server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages and food in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a night out at our nightclub, celebrating a special event, or dining in our fine dining setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver food promptly while maintaining food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with health and safety regulations Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly Engage with guests to promote specials or upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing excellent customer service Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculations Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us to be part of an energetic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
