Lead Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in mixology, food safety, and retail math will drive sales and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Duties Lead and supervise bartending staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Oversee inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health standards including food handling procedures Train new team members on beverage preparation, POS operation, customer service techniques, and safety protocols Skills Proven experience as a Lead Bartender or similar role in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality standards Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell drinks and increase revenue opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in food safety practices, food handling, catering, and retail math calculations Ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform basic math quickly under pressure Knowledge of brewing processes, beverage trends, and hospitality best practices Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for mixology meets your leadership skills!
