Job Description
We are looking for an upbeat energetic server/bartender to join our current Brew Crew at Creek Bottom Brewing. Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Present restaurant menus and advise on food and beverage choices Take and serve orders Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Prepare and mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Comply with all food and beverage regulations Complete cleaning checklist prior to end of shift Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent customer experience May fill in as host/hostess or expo/runner as needed All other duties as assigned Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Server & Bartender Relevant training certificate Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Computer literacy Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
