Job Description
Position Objective Providing excellent customer service by preparing drinks for the guests and servers. Essential Job Functions Prepare drinks for guests and servers Ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand, and talk to guests. Guarantee compliance is maintained relating to minors and intoxicated persons and intervention of service. Act as the cashier for the servers when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas. Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits. Assists servers, other bartenders, and other team members when necessary. Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet. Prep any items assigned by a direct supervisor. Other duties may be assigned as business demands. Education/Experience Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of related experience in food and beverage Valid certification for Safe Alcohol Practices such as TIPS. Requirements The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk' use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and length of lines such as those on graphs.
