Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, ensuring that every drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns effectively. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Experience in banquet or restaurant settings is a plus but not mandatory.
