Job Description

Bartender Join our dynamic team as a Bartender, where your passion for hospitality and excellent customer service will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards and recipes Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and recommendations Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations and a positive environment
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills for cash handling Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) are a plus We foster a welcoming, inclusive culture that values teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
