Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer requests. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including drinks, food pairings, and specials to enhance customer experience. Operate Toast POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and promote sales through recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality in line with fine dining expectations.
