Job Description:

GravyWork is hiring experienced Bartenders to support hotel events in downtown Richmond, VA. This is a great opportunity for reliable bartenders looking for flexible, on-call, event-based shifts. Open shifts are already available on the GravyWork app, with additional opportunities based on hotel event needs.

Uniform:

All black uniform required: black long dress shirt, black dress pants, grey or black vest, blue or black long tie, and black dress shoes.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during events Assist guests with drink orders and requests Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area Follow bar service, safety, and guest service standards Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Work as part of a team to support successful hotel events

Requirements:

At least 1 year of bartending experience required Must have your own bartender kit Previous hotel, banquet, catering, or event bartending experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to stand, walk, lift, and move quickly during shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Must be able to commute to Richmond, VA 23219 How to
