In this role, you will provide exceptional beverage service while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and organize the bar area according to event specifications.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with event staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth event operations.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
- Adapt to changing event needs and support fellow team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending, banquet, or catering experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
