As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to gain experience in a vibrant setting, where you can earn wages plus tips. Duties Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Help with food preparation as needed, including assisting with cooking and serving during events. Support banquet operations by ensuring that all necessary items are available for service. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Participate in catering events, providing exceptional service to guests. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, cooking, and food preparation techniques. Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
