Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS systems such as Square Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and responsible serving guidelines. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently with POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with health regulations. Assist with catering events, banquets, for private events Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries promptly, and creating an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; Proficiency in POS systems such as Square or Toast; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills are essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve guests courteously in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or catering events. Experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or retail food outlets is desirable. Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a lively and energetic demeanor throughout your shift.
