Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink menus and specials. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste responsibly. Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance. Handle credit, and debit transactions accurately and securely. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours. Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Attend to customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills and cash handling experience. Must be at least [insert legal age] years of age.
