Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, including taking food and beverage orders accurately. Prepare and serve drinks using various techniques, ensuring consistency and presentation quality. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash or card transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Assist with food service during busy hours, including serving food at tables or in designated areas like nightclubs or banquet settings. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events like catering functions or large parties. Requirements Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations, basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations, and food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events like banquets or catering functions. A team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering a welcoming atmosphere in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or restaurants.
