Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent hospitality by being warm and welcoming, responding promptly to customer needs, and resolving any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide guest recommendations and answer questions about food & beverages Process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bartending and food service is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with Spot On POS systems or similar cash register systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly, warm, and helpful demeanor. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
