Concessions Bartender | Seasonal Part-Time | LIV GOLF - VIRGINIA

Overview The Concessions Bartender is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality beverage service to guests during the Valero Texas Open. This role operates in a high-volume, outdoor event environment and plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and event standards. This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from April 14th, 2026 and will end on August 14th, 2026. This position will remain open until July 17th, 2026. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company and event standards. Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws. Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate cash control. Set up, maintain, and break down concession bar areas before, during, and after events. Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Monitor guest consumption and address issues professionally and safely. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including outdoor/heat safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Collaborate with concessions, culinary, and operations teams to ensure smooth service. Adhere to event policies, uniform standards, and service expectations. Qualifications Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol. Previous bartending, concessions, or event experience preferred. Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Flexible schedule, including weekends, early mornings, and multi-day events. TABC or alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain).
