We're expanding our daytime food offerings and are looking for a reliable, upbeat Snack Bar Attendant to prepare simple menu items, serve guests efficiently, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, fast‑paced service, and working in a sunny, outdoor‑adjacent setting. Overview As a Snack Bar Attendant , you will support our daytime food service by preparing quick‑serve items such as burgers, hot dogs, fries, and frozen treats, while ensuring excellent guest service and smooth operations. You'll maintain high food‑safety standards, and help create a fun, convenient experience for guests enjoying our amenities. Responsibilities Food Preparation — Prepare and cook snack‑bar menu items consistently, following portioning, safety, and presentation guidelines. Guest Service — Greet guests warmly, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service. Order Processing — Follow proper cash‑handling procedures and balancing at end of day. Sanitation & Safety — Maintain cleanliness of all prep areas, equipment, and service counters; follow all food‑handling and sanitation protocols. Stocking & Inventory — Restock supplies, monitor product freshness, and communicate low‑stock needs to management. Dining Area Support — Maintaining guest seating and dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience. Team Collaboration — Work cooperatively with operations staff to support smooth service flow throughout the day. Qualifications Food Service Experience — Prior experience in quick‑service, snack bar, concession, or fast‑casual environments preferred. Customer Service Skills — Ability to interact positively with guests, upsell items, and handle busy periods with professionalism. Food Safety Knowledge — Understanding of basic food‑handling and sanitation standards; Food Handler certification a plus. Cash Handling — Comfortable processing payments and performing simple retail math. Time Management — Able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain quality during peak hours. Physical Requirements — Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
