Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order entry and payment processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events by serving drinks and supporting event staff as needed Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately Familiarity with food industry terminology such as serving, catering, brewing, and hospitality practices Experience with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests can unwind and enjoy exceptional drinks served by passionate professionals like you!
