Bartender

Doma is laid-back sapphic cocktail bar and vinyl lounge ocated in the heart of the South End Arts District on Pine Street. We serve cocktails, platters and filling snacks inspired by Spanish & North American bar culture, and good vibes, with rotating DJs spinning records that set the tone. We're building a team that values curiosity, enjoyment, and care—behind the bar and in the community. We're looking for bartenders who are passionate about cocktails (including zero proof), warm hospitality, and being part of a team that values communication and collaboration. You'll be responsible for preparing drinks to spec, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing attentive and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and N/A beverages consistently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized bar, including setup and breakdown Assist in inventory management and restocking Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, efficient, and fun work environment Assist in executing special events, promotions, and themed nights as necessary Additional duties as assigned by the
