Bartender

Specs is a cafe by day and a cocktail bar by night with an attached beverage-market open 7 days and nights a week. The focus is on all drinks: from dialed in espresso shots to cocktails shaken to order. We take pride in using fresh squeezed juices, house made syrups, many types of ice, the proper tools, technique, and glassware to produce high level beverages. All with the primary goal of making people happy! We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our small team, and help bring joy to our community. A commitment to serving delicious drinks, artisinally made to order, is necessary. A passion for hospitality, as well as love for people and community is a must.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving everything on our menu always using the exact recipe and our standard operating procedures.

Items include:

100s of classic cocktails, beers bottled and draft, wines from all over the world, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and snack plates. Shifts will primarily be behind the bar, and will include some bar backing shifts. Some retail shifts, and prep shifts will be part of the rotation. Looking for a part-time (yet committed) position 3-4 shifts a week ~15-24h per week night and weekend availability is required.
