What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of serving experience; casual fine dining or fine dining experience preferred At least 1-2 years of bartending experience in a full-service or craft bar environment A friendly, engaging personality with a guest-first attitude Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for creating exceptional experiences Polished, professional, and dependable Able to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Interest in local food and beverage, with the ability to learn and speak confidently about seasonal menus and rotating cocktails

Bonus Points For:

Craft coffee/barista experience Wine, beer, or spirits knowledge—or strong interest in learning Experience in cocktail creation, batching, or bar prep Familiarity with POS systems and fast-paced bar operations

What You'll Do:

Warmly greet guests with attention to special occasions and personal touches Present food, beverage, and cocktail offerings and provide thoughtful recommendations Accurately take and deliver orders with efficiency and care Craft cocktails with consistency and precision Support bar operations, including stocking, prep, batching, and maintaining cleanliness Regularly check in with guests to ensure exceptional experiences Communicate effectively with both kitchen and bar teams for seamless service Suggest pairings and upsells based on guest preferences and current menus Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout your shift

Requirements :

Valid WA Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Valid WA Class 12 Mixologist Permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and move quickly behind the bar and on the floor Ability to prepare cocktails with accuracy and follow established recipes
