Job Description

Bartender at The Office Tavern Are you an experienced bartender with a passion for providing top-notch service and crafting delicious cocktails? The Office Tavern is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team!
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or craft cocktail establishment. We are seeking experienced bartenders only.
Trainable:
Open to learning our processes with a mindset geared towards growth and skill enhancement within the industry.
Sales-Minded:
A focus on delivering the best guest experience every time, with the ability to upsell, engage customers in conversations about weekly specials, and ensure exceptional service.
Organized & Clean:
Capable of swiftly handling drink orders while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Leadership Qualities:
Able to take charge during busy weekends, exemplify leadership, and manage the bar rail with a "get it done" attitude.
