The Role:
Bartender / Server We're looking for a hands-on team member who's equal parts people-person and pizza-lover. This position blends bartending and serving, with a focus on daytime opening shifts (10am-4pm) and 1-2 bartending shifts per week . This is a front-of-house lead role during opening hours — you'll often be solo during the day, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction, and then switch gears to handle lively nights behind the bar.
PAY:
$29 - $34 (wage + tips) What You'll Bring A positive, professional attitude (non-negotiable — we lead with kindness and accountability). Confidence working both solo day shifts and busy evenings. A calm, problem-solving mindset when challenges arise. Genuine passion for hospitality and great pizza. At least 2 years of bartending experience (strongly preferred). Key Responsibilities Lead by example on the floor to deliver top-notch service. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient guest service — at both bar and tables. Maintain a clean, guest-ready bar area and follow all alcohol service laws. Know our menu inside and out; be ready with recommendations. Handle opening, closing, and side-work duties with care. Support a fun, professional, team-first environment. Manage cash and payments accurately.
What You Need:
A current Alcohol Server Permit and Food Handler's Permit. Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. A strong commitment to teamwork, leadership, and building community. A willingness to jump between bartending and serving
