Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, following food safety protocols. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety. Assist with catering events or banquet service when required, ensuring smooth operation from setup to cleanup. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced environments. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales transactions, and beverage measurements. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in various settings including brewing environments or catering events is a plus.
